As I prepared to write about the 6th house, I found myself pausing. Halfway through the houses, halfway through the soul-map, I realized this might be the right moment to share why I write about astrology the way I do, and what it all means to me.

At first, it was really frustrating that astrology didn’t read like sacred geometry for me. Clean, mathematical, perfect lines forming divine patterns. Instead, it read more like sacred scripture. Not something to solve, but something to sit with. Something alive, layered, and full of meaning I had to feel as much as understand.

Astrology became more than cosmic data.
It became a dialogue with the soul.

Every system I’ve studied: Karmic, Esoteric, Evolutionary, Intuitive, and even modern frameworks rooted in psychology, like Debra Silverman’s Four Elements - has offered me its own wisdom. Each one left me with a nugget of truth I could carry forward. Layer by layer, these teachings have woven themselves into a foundation that allows me to hold the intuitive messages that come through when I look at a chart.

Much of this has come through years of self-taught study, guided by voices like Evolutionary Astrologer of Soul Navigation, Intuitive Astrologer , the esoteric wisdom of Pam Gregory, and the timeless teachings of Jan Spiller, whose wisdom continues to guide me beyond her lifetime. But I feel like I’m just getting started. I plan to continue expanding my knowledge through the upcoming Soul Navigation School of Astrology. Because while intuition shapes my voice, I am, and always will be, a scholar of astrology.

But it wasn’t only astrology that shaped me. It was the spiritual work I was drawn to on my own journey of self-discovery. The more questions I asked about myself, the more it drew me into exploring the unseen layers of life. And through it all, God has always been at the center of my seeking. Raised Catholic, I chose adult baptism at 32 in a Christian church, a conscious step into faith as my own, not just my upbringing. Today, I follow God’s word as it lives in me. That presence has never left me. It has only deepened my hunger to understand the soul’s journey. For me, every book, every teaching, and every chart I’ve studied has been another way of listening for God’s voice within and around me. Books and voices about the afterlife, soul contracts, and life between lives; Dolores Cannon, Michael Newton, Brian Weiss - woke something inside me.

Listening to their teachings didn’t feel like study. It felt like remembering.

As if I had stumbled upon a handbook for the recently enlightened,
the one I was supposed to pick up lifetimes ago.

The more I listened, the more it shifted how astrology spoke back to me.

That’s how the House blogs were born. While most astrologers might have started with the 1st house and worked their way counterclockwise through the houses, logical, linear, I did not. I began at the 12th and went “backwards.” But backwards isn’t quite right. Reading a chart in reverse actually looks clockwise to the eye. So maybe what I thought was “backwards” was actually the natural flow. The way I was meant to share it.

Perhaps it even mirrors the soul’s own journey - beginning in the 12th house, where we dissolve back into the infinite, and moving toward the 1st, where we emerge into form again. In this way, writing from the 12th to the 1st became less about breaking the rules and more about honoring the cycle of soul evolution itself.

Sometimes I wonder if what poured through me was a form of automatic writing. The words came faster than I could plan them, the messages clearer than I expected. I can’t fully explain it. I only know that each house carried a voice, and my job was to translate. I’m still exploring what to call that: intuition, remembering, or simply listening in a deeper way.

When I wrote about the 7th and 8th houses, I was guided to lean into the Cancer energy emerging from my 7th. Tender, relational, carrying the voice of connection. And when the 8th house spoke, it asked for both fandom and presence. It came to me in a dream, twice, through the image of a Scorpio Sun actor. Someone already passed on, whose life still lingers in the collective memory. In its own way, the dream spoke from the 12th and gave rise to the Leo energy tucked within my 8th house; the voice of legacy, performance, and symbolic rebirth.

Perhaps I activated the energy of my Virgo stellium in the 9th house, the house of publishing, as I wrote about the hidden truths spiritually woven into the astrological houses. Not just in what came through, but in how I was able to weave it together. To organize the threads, to hold the details, and to translate the message with care.

The more I reflect on it, the more I see how natural it was that my approach to the houses became spiritual. My chart itself carries a thread of listening for what’s hidden, for what lies beyond the surface, for what transforms us. So when those intuitive messages arrived, I noted them. I trusted them. I followed them. And I credited them to the energies rising out of my own houses, guiding me to tap in and tune into the message each house was asking to share.

Why Spiritual Astrology Matters Now

We’re living in a time when astrology can no longer just be technical: charts, math, prediction. The world is already flooded with information, but starving for meaning. People don’t just want to know what will happen. They want to know why it matters for their soul.

That’s where spiritual astrology emerges. Not as a separate branch, but as a needed evolution of the language itself. Astrology has always mirrored the times, and in this age of collective awakening, it’s being asked to speak more like a spiritual language than formulas. More like soul-medicine than mechanics.

The ancients once looked to the stars not for entertainment, but for guidance on how to live in alignment with nature, the divine, and their purpose. And in today’s world… full of disconnection, division, and distraction - we’re circling back.

Spiritual astrology reminds us that a chart is not just data to be analyzed.
It is wisdom to be embodied.

Maybe that’s why this approach feels so urgent right now. Because in uncertain times, what we need most is a language that reconnects us to the bigger picture. Astrology, when spoken spiritually, doesn’t just tell us about our past or our future.

It reminds us that the soul is timeless, and that we are part of something infinite.

I can sit here and overanalyze it, but what I want most is to share it. Because what I am sure of is this: none of it was random.

Astrology speaks to me like a spiritual language.

Reflections of the 7th House: My Love Story

For me, the 7th house has never been abstract, it has been lived. I’ve always felt connected to that Cancer on my Descendant, the sign ruled by the Moon, and I feel that relationships have always been tender territory for me. I grew up in a family where nurturing was survival, and for a long time I thought love meant putting everyone else first. It took me years… and more than a few heartbreaks, to see that this pattern wasn’t love… it was self-abandonment.

The mirror of the 7th house became even clearer after I lost my mom. Her absence held up a reflection of lineage… the ways we love, sacrifice, and carry responsibility across generations. I could see how her patterns lived in me, and how I had a choice: to keep repeating them or create a new story.

Marriage brought the mirror even closer. Being a wife has taught me that true partnership is not about perfection or control; it’s about teamwork, respect, and the willingness to grow side by side.

Motherhood has been another initiation of the 7th house. My children reflect me in ways I never expected; their innocence, their independence, even their struggles are mirrors of my own soul. And later, when illness brought me face-to-face with my own mortality, the mirror sharpened again. I could no longer ignore the difference between the relationships that sustained me and those that depleted me. It taught me to ask: Who really shows up? Who truly sees me? And in that reflection, I saw where I hadn’t been showing up for myself.

The Moon energy that illuminates my 7th house, has taught me that relationships are not just about love stories, they are about soul stories. Every partner, every child, every loss has been a mirror: sometimes showing my softness, sometimes exposing my shadow, but always leading me back to myself.

Me interesa una lectura astrológica

Death, in many ways, is our final taboo.

We dress it in euphemisms.

The Fear We Don’t Speak About

For most of us, the fear of death isn’t about death itself.
It’s about what we’ve been taught…or rather, what we haven’t.

We’ve inherited a silence.
A cultural amnesia.
A spiritual void that no amount of noise can fill.

Death becomes terrifying when it’s stripped of meaning.
And we live in a time where meaning is rarely offered.

The soul, however, knows better.
The soul remembers that life is cyclical.
That everything created must one day return.
That death is not a disruption of life, it’s part of it.

What Astrology Reveals About Death and Fear

In astrology, the fear of death is not random.
It often arises in seasons when Pluto or Saturn are activated in our charts. These are two planetary energies that don’t just symbolize endings… they escort us through them.

Pluto: The Underworld Guide

In mythology, Pluto (or Hades) is the ruler of the underworld - not a evil figure, but a keeper of hidden truths. He governs the realm beneath the surface, where transformation takes place in the dark.

Pluto doesn’t destroy for sport.
He strips away illusions.
He initiates us into our power - but only after we surrender what’s false.

To face Pluto is to walk into the unknown and emerge… changed.
To grieve, to lose, to let go… these are all Plutonian rites of passage.

Pluto says: "You cannot take the old self with you. Trust the fire that forges something new."

Saturn: The Gatekeeper of Time

Saturn, on the other hand, is the ancient teacher. In Roman myth, he carried a sickle - not to harm, but to harvest.
He rules time, structure, boundaries… and the wisdom that comes from age, loss, and earned understanding.

Saturn isn’t here to punish you.
He’s here to show you what truly matters - by taking away what doesn’t.

When we meet Saturn in times of grief or fear, it’s often an invitation to become more honest, more mature, more spiritually anchored.

Saturn says: “Let go of what is temporary. Build your life on what is eternal.”

Pluto and Saturn can feel heavy.
They are not easy initiators.
But they are also sacred guides, leading us toward a truth that’s been buried beneath fear.

When I was younger, I saw death as cruel. It was scary.
Like a thief in the night.
As a grim-reaper that left behind empty rooms and broken hearts.

Then, I experienced loss. Deep, devastating, life-defining loss.

My mother crossed over.
And in the aching stillness that followed, something unexpected began to stir:

A presence. A softness. A sacred echo that wrapped itself around my grief like a blanket.

It wasn’t the absence of her.
It was the return of something I couldn’t name.
Not a ghost. Not a memory.

That was when I began to understand:

Death doesn’t erase us. It re-forms us.

In 2012, I was brought to my knees.
Not metaphorically…literally.

It was a year marked by heartbreak, betrayal, confusion, and a grief I couldn’t name. Everything I had built, my sense of identity, security, trust, it all began to fall apart - quietly and painfully.

But something else was happening, too. Something beneath the surface.
A whisper in the darkness:
"Seek Me."

And I did.

That year, in the midst of my unraveling, I reached for God. And not as ritual, but as rescue.
I had been raised Catholic, reverent but distant, always grounded in faith but never fully immersed in it.
But during those ten raw months in 2012, something shifted. The distance collapsed.

On an April evening that year, I was baptized. I was reborn into a new relationship with Christ.
Not because I had the answers.
But because I was done pretending I could carry it all alone.

That baptism marked the beginning of my spiritual awakening.
Not the end of my pain, but the start of my transformation.
It was the moment I said: God, if you’re real, I’m yours.

Years passed. I healed slowly, deeply, imperfectly.
And along that road, something unexpected happened.

I began to see God’s voice everywhere. And not just in Scripture, but in silence. In synchronicities. In the way the sky seemed to speak.
By 2016, I found myself drawn to the stars. Not as a replacement for my faith, but as an extension of it.
This was not a new wonder for me. I’ve been drawn to the stars since my days in high school. But this time it was different. I began re-exploring all forms astrology, hesitant but curious. What I found shocked me.

It wasn’t fortune-telling. It wasn’t blasphemy.
It was memory.
It was math.
It was divinely ordered symbolism written at the exact moment of my first breath.

It didn’t pull me away from God. It made me feel even closer.

Between 2016 and 2020, a quiet transcendence took root in me.

I began to understand that faith and astrology didn’t have to be at war.
That maybe the Creator wrote stories into the sky—not to control us, but to remind us: You are part of something eternal.

I studied. I healed. I wrestled.
And in May of 2023, something beautiful happened.

I met my soul family. People who felt like home without explanation.
Mirrors. Messengers. Witnesses to a version of me I had only started to believe was real.

That meeting catalyzed everything.
From that sacred connection, Inspired by Ahna was born.

Now, in 2025, the pieces are finally coming together.

After years of chart study, ancestral healing, prayer, tears, faith, and trust, my signature method arrived fully formed:
